The honest summary

Orograph models are manufactured to your personal specification — your framed area, size, material, relief and colors. For such made-to-order, personalized goods, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts does not apply (§18 (1)(3) FAGG, implementing Art. 16(c) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive).

What this means in practice

• Check your preview carefully — the 3D preview shows exactly the geometry that gets printed.
• Once production of your model has started, the order cannot be revoked.
• Your statutory warranty rights remain fully intact: if a model arrives damaged or defective, you get a reprint or refund. See shipping & returns.
