Shipping & returns

Production first, then shipping

Every model is printed to order. Production takes about 4 days for PLA, 6 days for SLS nylon and 9 days for full-color sandstone; shipping time comes on top. The configurator shows an estimated arrival date next to the price before you order.

Shipping costs

Flat €6.90 per order, free over €120. Models ship from Austria, well padded — a relief model is sturdier than it looks, but corners get extra care.

Returns on personalized items

Orograph models are manufactured to your personal specification (your frame, your size, your colors). Under EU consumer law, such made-to-order goods are exempt from the standard 14-day right of withdrawal — details on the right of withdrawal page.

Damaged in transit?

If a model arrives damaged, statutory warranty applies in full: contact us with photos and we make it right — reprint or refund. Damaged prints don't get argued over.
