Bremen Map Poster
Bremen's best feature is easy to miss on foot and impossible to miss on a map: the moat of the seventeenth-century ramparts still zigzags around the old town in a perfect star pattern, water and park tracing every former bastion. Inside it, the lanes of the Schnoor bunch into a tight medieval knot; outside, the Weser runs broad and straight past the city, splitting off the Kleine Weser at the Stadtwerder.
Exact sheet preview — rendered by the same pipeline that produces your print file.
The classic Bremen crop is tight: old town, star moat and both Weser banks fit comfortably in a small span, which makes even an A4 sheet feel complete. Widen the frame and the harbour basins of the Überseestadt enter from the north-west, remnants of the old overseas port. Choose the Street edition — the zigzag of the Wallgraben is pure line art and needs nothing added. Rotate the map to set the Weser horizontal, put "Bremen" or your own words in the title line, and confirm the framing in the live preview. Formats from A4 to A2 plus two squares.

Questions about this poster
Which formats does the Bremen poster come in?
A4 (€24), A3 (€39), A2 (€59) in portrait, plus 30 × 30 cm (€29) and 50 × 50 cm (€49) square — printed on matte paper with a title line, coordinates and a scale bar.
Can I choose the map crop myself?
Yes — you frame the crop freely in the configurator, rotate the map to any angle (the north arrow keeps pointing north) and edit the title line. The preview shows the finished sheet before you order.
What is the difference between the editions?
Street is a light, minimal line map without labels; Relief shows the real terrain with hillshading and hypsometric tint from open elevation data; Orthophoto is aerial imagery. You switch live in the preview.
How long do printing and shipping take?
About 3 days of production plus shipping (€6.90, free over €120). Note: the shop is currently a demo — orders generate a real print-ready PDF, but nothing is charged or shipped.
Does the star-shaped moat really show on the poster?
Clearly — the Wallgraben's zigzag is one of the most graphic city-centre figures in Germany, and the Street edition renders it as a crisp water line wrapped around the old town.
Should I include the Überseestadt?
If harbours matter to you, yes: shift the centre north-west in the configurator and the basins balance the old town nicely. For a purist sheet, stay tight on the star.
